June is loud. Colorful. Joyful. But for me, Pride is also quiet. Reflective.
It’s not about being loud and proud every day. It’s about choosing to keep showing up—especially on the days when you don’t feel seen.
It’s about recognizing that the work of being yourself never really ends. And maybe most of all, it’s about creating space for others to do the same.
Sometimes Pride is a rainbow flag in a cafe window. A quiet signal that says “you belong here” to anyone who needs to hear it. It’s everyday visibility, not demanding attention but simply existing.
To anyone scared to be seen. To those still in the closet. To those who wear their pride on their sleeve. To those who quietly own who they are. I see you.
Be proud of who you are, even if it’s just for you.
Happy Pride Month! 🏳️🌈
